Closing date: 18th May Interview process: Two face-to-face interviews at our site in Burton Latimer We\’re thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic Category team as the Category Development Manager! In this role, you\’ll: Guide the category insights, craft recommendations, and drive action plans for our valued suppliers. Guide both the internal customer teams and the external Buying and Category teams to deliver opportunities for Category growth, creating mutual benefits. Support the delivery of the customers\’ JBP and the budgeted financials of the Weetabix Food Company. Work closely with the National Account Management team to align your customer with our Category Strategy, supporting revenue growth and channel strategy. The recipe! (Please note the responsibilities listed below are not exhaustive) The purpose of this role is to: Have full ownership, creation, and delivery of the Customer Category Strategy. Support the creation and delivery of customers\’ JBP’s. Ensure a collaborative virtual customer team and network (Commercial, supply, etc.). Co-develop, implement, and support evaluation activation, promotion, and shopper marketing activities working closely with Revenue Management, Commercial & Shopper Marketing Manager. Support internal processes to help deliver initiatives for Weetabix\’s success.
