As a Learning & Development Facilitator, you’ll play a key part in shaping engaging, inclusive learning experiences that build capability and drive performance across the organisation. From designing and delivering dynamic training sessions to creating innovative digital learning solutions, your work will directly support business priorities and help colleagues succeed. Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, using your great communication skills to ensure learning is relevant, effective, and aligned with organisational needs. With a blend of facilitation, digital design, and learning analytics, you’ll bring both creativity and insight to everything you do. Supported by established frameworks, resources, and a comprehensive handover, you’ll be set up for success from day one.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver learning programmes that support priority skills, capability development, and employee growth.
- Facilitate inclusive and engaging workshops on core skills such as performance management, feedback, coaching, and Weetabix-specific topics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external training providers to plan, prioritise, and deliver compliance training across Manufacturing and Engineering.
- Adapt learning approaches to meet the needs of diverse audiences and learning styles.
- Create engaging digital learning content aligned to business needs and organisational Ways of Working; work with subject matter experts to ensure learning content is accurate, relevant, and accessible.
- Maintain and continuously improve learning resources within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Use data and insight to understand learning participation, effectiveness, and outcomes.
- Design and maintain dashboards (e.g. Power BI or equivalent tools) to track metrics such as completion, learner feedback, and impact.
- Produce clear monthly insights for HR and business leaders to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Use evidence and learner feedback to recommend enhancements to learning interventions.
Qualifications
- Experience creating digital learning content using eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar).
- Ability to manage learning data and reporting tools such as Power BI or equivalent.
- Knowledge of blended learning approaches and adult learning principles.
- Experience maintaining or supporting learning platforms (LMS).
- Experience working with compliance-driven learning or regulated training requirements.
