We are looking for a business analyst to join our IT & business systems team on an 18-Month FTC. You will be an essential member of our team, diving deep into business objectives, functions, operations, and processes. Collaborating closely with the broader IT team, you will actively contribute to the development of impactful business cases.

Interview process: Initial teams interview followed by a face to face interview at our Burton Latimer site.
Working pattern: Hybrid- 2/3 days a week in office, including Weetabix Wednesday, where everyone comes into the office for some great collaboration and meetings - it’s a must! - Responsible for defining detailed business requirements and outcomes for end‑to‑end technology solutions.
- Primary focus on the Operational Technology (OT) programme and manufacturing operations.
- Analyse business goals, objectives, functions, and processes.
- Use relevant information and data to support requirement definition.
- Conduct options analysis and assess feasibility and operational impact.
- Quantify potential business benefits.
- Contribute to business case development.
The Ingredients (What we need from you)
- Proven data analysis skills translating into project requirements definition with business context.
- Knowledge of Business Process Modelling (BPMN).
- Experience of working in a cross functional environment.
- Experience working in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) / manufacturing.
- Have a logical mindset and the ability to share information at all levels.
Nice to have: BCS qualification.
