Weetabix Wednesday and Team Tuesday for this team is a non-negotiable where we all come into the office for business partnering and meetings.Guide the Accounts Receivable (AR) team in maximising cash flow and ensuring efficient and accurate processing of deductions, such as trade marketing invoices.  Offer insights and analyses to the AR, Commercial, and Finance teams, while also spearheading continuous improvement projects.The recipe! (Please note the responsibilities listed below are not exhaustive)The purpose of this role is Manage direct reports (The AR team), including all aspects of management: recruitment, day-to-day activities, training and development of the team Identify and lead Continuous Improvement/lean initiatives and projects; lead processes and systems improvements to manage complexity within trade marketing deductions Full ownership of credit limits & credit insurance Regular reporting with stakeholders to provide insight and drive improvements Accountability for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Co-ordination with internal/external audit (Statutory and SOX) Timely and accurate delivery of month-end tasks (journals, reconciliations, reports) Support other areas of financial control as required RequirementsNon-negotiables Must have worked in FMCG environment with experience of trade marketing deductions Display outstanding abilities in managing and engaging a team Bring a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft D365. Exceptional analysis and problem-solving skills Possess a dedication to continual enhancement and a Lean approach Preferred:  Someone who already manages/supervises the Accounts Receivable function  Professional Qualification, or aspiration to achieve e.g.
