We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced person to oversee our daily operations and collaborate with the head chef owner Anna Haugh in developing and organising the future plans. They will be responsible for implementing business strategies, managing budgets, optimising processes, and leading teams to achieve operational goals. Their role often includes a strategic element, working with Anna Haugh to shape the company's future.

Duties

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring that all departments meet performance targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of objectives and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation effectively.
  • Lead and inspire a team of colleagues to deliver an intuitive and creative dining experience.
  • Leading by example, to embody the core values of the company.
  • Be guest orientated, welcoming and friendly, maintain professional and respectful attitude and behaviour to guests, colleagues and other management.
  • Establish relationships with new guests and maintain the relationships we have with regular guests and friends of the restaurant.
  • Demonstrate exceptional standard of personal appearance, ensuring good personal hygiene throughout the team.
