Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including speciality coffees and teas, with attention to quality and presentation.
- Take accurate orders from guests, ensuring prompt and friendly service.
- Serve food items in accordance with health and safety regulations, assisting with food preparation as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area, including counters, tables, and equipment, adhering to food safety standards.
- Manage cash register operations, handle payments accurately, and provide correct change.
- Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Assist in setting up dining areas before service and clearing after closing hours.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing customer queries promptly and courteously.
- Follow all health and safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.
Experience
