As a Gym Instructor, you will be responsible for guiding and assisting gym members in achieving their fitness objectives. You will provide support, motivation and ensure that our members and guests have an enjoyable experience when using our facilities. As well as carrying out gym inductions, you will be required to deliver group exercise classes to music in the studio and in the pool, carry out health and safety checks, and maintain cleanliness in the health club and all times.
You will also provide support to our Leisure Club and Spa reception team; therefore, the ideal candidate must be competent in dealing with enquiries, answering the telephone and be able to deliver excellent customer service to our guests and leisure club members.
The successful candidate will already be qualified to Level 2 NVQ in Gym/Fitness although Level 3 Personal Training NVQ is preferable. xgikmsk
This is a full time role working 37.5 hours across 5 days including evenings and weekends on a rota basis. We are open to applicants looking for part time hours on the basis that they can work the following shift patterns: 6:00am-2:00pm and 2.00pm-10:00pm.
