As Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our food and beverage outlets, including the hotel bar, restaurant, banqueting operations, conference spaces, and our coffee shop, Paddy & Scott’s. You will lead your teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences, efficient operations, and strong financial performance.
This is a full-time position, working 5 days out of 7, including evenings, weekends, and key bank holidays.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily F&B operations across all outlets.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through attention to detail, product knowledge, and team engagement.
- Supervise, motivate, and develop team members to uphold high service standards and brand consistency.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery and consistent food quality.
- Support menu rollouts, promotional activity, and continuous service improvements.
- Monitor stock levels, purchasing, and cost control to achieve budgeted profitability.
- Assist with scheduling, labour management, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with all food hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations.
- Support the planning and execution of conferences, weddings, and private events.
- Minimum of 2 years’ management experience within a hotel or restaurant environment.
- Strong operational knowledge across restaurant, bar, and events settings.
- Confident leader who leads by example and maintains high standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Commercially aware, with a good understanding of cost control, margin management, and guest satisfaction metrics.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
