Coffee Shop Supervisor The George Hotel Food & Beverage Full time Permanent

We are seeking a Supervisor to join our team here at Paddy and Scott’s in Lichfield. Not just anybody, but somebody who is passionate about leading a team and inspiring others.

As a supervisor, you would lead by example, ensuring your team deliver high quality service whilst maintaining a positive working environment.

You will oversee the daily running of the coffee shop, controlling stock, and ensuring that the services we offer are produced to a high quality standard.

Ideally also support across all Food and Beverage departments, including Darwin’s Restaurant, the Bar and Events.

You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate the people around you.

Previous experience in a supervisory role within a coffee shop or a similar hospitality role is preferred.

This role is full time and requires flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns, including bank holidays and weekends.
