We are looking for caring, nurturing (term time only) Learning Support Assistants who are committed to supporting children's learning both in the classroom as well as at breaktimes and lunchtime. Our ideal candidates will have experience in working with young children. Experience of working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADD/ADHD or dyslexia in a school setting would be desirable but is not essential.
You will be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills, be an effective team member and be able to use your own initiative. You must be able to support the distinctive Christian ethos of the school; however, you do not have to be a practicing Christian.

Hours are 8.30am until 3.30pm (30 minutes unpaid breaks), Term time only plus INSET days (38.6 weeks). Salary – £23,857 FTE, Actual pro rata salary for 26 hours per week is £14,798 (£12.71 per hour).
