Overview As a Sessional Tutor, you will deliver engaging teaching, learning and assessment with a creative and supportive approach.
You will adapt to a range of learning styles and differentiate delivery for learners of mixed abilities to develop their knowledge and understanding, while ensuring the highest possible quality teaching and learning for a group of learners.

Responsibilities Deliver engaging teaching, learning and assessment to adult learners.
Adapt to diverse learning styles and differentiate content for mixed‑ability groups.
Develop learners’ knowledge and understanding.
Maintain high quality teaching standards consistently.
Qualifications and Experience Teaching qualification (PCGE, Cert Ed, DET or equivalent).
Level5 specialism; IQA and Assessor qualifications are an advantage.
Experience designing and implementing innovative learning, schemes of work and lesson plans.
Experience with a range of initial assessment and diagnostic tools.
Thorough understanding of RARPA, EIF and quality processes underpinning delivery.
Experience working with adults in hard‑to‑reach areas facing multiple barriers to education.
Strong working knowledge of OFSTED’s Education Inspection Framework.
Strong teamwork ethic and a passion for adult education.
