The Wave, Bristol, are recruiting Camp Team Members to join us for our busy 2025 season. As a Camp Team Member at The Wave, you will contribute to the amazing experience our guests and visitors will have when they come to stay at The Camp and use our facilities.
Our Camp Team Members:
- Consistently deliver a high standard of customer service
- Complete basic tent upkeep
- Prepare tent consumables (i.e., logs, soap, etc.)
- Have a strong desire to operate at the highest level
- Confidently interact with our guests
- Comply with legal and company health and safety standards, following all risk assessments
Our ideal Wavemaker will have a desire to assist others, ensuring visitors leave with a smile on their face. They will have a strong attention to detail, especially regarding Health & Safety and site standards. Our Wavemakers use their initiative effectively and take a proactive approach to challenges. They can work under pressure and demonstrate a drive and determination to achieve the best, with a can-do attitude.
