The Wave is looking for a Camp Team Member to be at the heart of our overnight guest experience, delivering warm welcomes and maintaining high standards across safari tent accommodation.
You’ll help guests feel at home outdoors, from check-ins to check-outs and host moments.
You’ll gain knowledge of site sessions and experiences, promote surf activities, and assist with luggage, orientation and basic tent upkeep while collaborating with Surf Operations, Retail and F&B teams.
