About the Role
As a Kitchen Assistant, you will support the kitchen team in delivering fantastic food in a safe, clean and organised environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring equipment, crockery and workspaces are maintained to the highest standards while assisting with food preparation and daily operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen equipment and wash‑up areas
- Supporting basic food preparation and garnish sections
- Following cleaning schedules and “clean as you go” standards
- Ensuring correct waste, recycling and food labelling procedures
- Supporting food hygiene and safety compliance
