About the Role
As Camp Supervisor at The Wave, you will support the smooth running of our on-site accommodation (The Camp). You will lead the day-to-day camp operations, ensuring guests receive an outstanding experience from arrival to departure. You will oversee check-in and check-out days, coordinate cleaning and housekeeping activity, manage stock and third-party suppliers, and support seasonal events across the business. This is a fixed-term contract opportunity for 40 hours a week.
Key responsibilities
- Supervising check-in and check-out days, ensuring smooth operations and team coordination
- Creating and executing daily operational plans, adapting where necessary
- Managing linen, laundry and other third-party suppliers
- Leading and developing the Camp and cleaning teams
- Championing exceptional guest experience and resolving issues proactively
About You
You are an organised and proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and motivated to develop your team.
We’re looking for
- Experience in accommodation, hospitality or operational supervision
- Strong people management and coaching skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A calm and confident approach under pressure
- A passion for sustainability, wellbeing and the outdoors
- Experience in housekeeping / cleaning
Qualifications
- Clean DBS check (required for safeguarding)
- Experience in hospitality or accommodation management preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH
