The Wave invites aspiring Surf Coaches to join as Trainee Lifeguard and Surf Coach. You will deliver safe, unforgettable surf experiences, maintain water safety, support operations and provide excellent customer service on and off the lake.
The programme covers upfront training costs, equipment, guaranteed seasonal work and a paid 28-hour per week fixed-term contract for 2026.
Applicants must complete the RLSS NVBLQ Lifeguard course, pass a 400m swim in 7.5 minutes, and obtain a DBS check prior.
