We are looking for a friendly and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at The Water’s Edge Restaurant, part of The Greenbank. Working alongside the Restaurant Manager, you will help lead the front-of-house team, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of The Water’s Edge Restaurant.
- Lead and support the front-of-house team during service.
- Ensure guests receive friendly, attentive and professional service.
- Help coordinate restaurant bookings, table plans and service requirements.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service.
- Handle guest queries and resolve any issues professionally.
- Work closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all food hygiene, licensing and health & safety procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant role is essential.
- Previous supervisory experience is also essential.
- Friendly, confident and approachable with guests and colleagues.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Able to lead by example and support a team.
- Reliable, proactive and able to work under pressure.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays where required.
