We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Server to join the team at The Greenbank on a full-time basis, helping to create a warm and welcoming experience for every guest.
Please note, this is a full time position.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and confidently.
- Serve food and drinks to a high standard.
- Keep tables, service areas and the restaurant/bar clean and presentable.
- Work closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth service.
- Respond to guest requests and help create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Follow food hygiene, health & safety and company procedures.
- Support the team with general Food & Beverage duties when required.
Requirements
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
- Friendly, approachable and confident with guests.
- Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays where required.
- Looking for a full-time role within a busy and welcoming hotel environment.
