The Watermill Theatre is seeking an experienced and diligent Chef to join the busy catering team. Working alongside the Head Chef and Chef Assistant, this role will deliver outstanding preshow dining for the Watermill Theatre restaurant and bar, as well as catering for other events at the theatre.
The restaurant operates six days a week with a limited 2-course menu; hot snacks are served from the bar. Up to 70 covers per service, with service hours 12:00–14:30 and/or 17:00–19:30.
