We at Dark Horse Pubs are looking for an enthusiastic CDP to join the team at our independently run The Watermans Arms on the Isle of Dogs. We have established ourselves as the go-to gastro pub of the area serving modern British seasonal dishes alongside some classic favourites. The Watermans Arms is an historic Grade II listed neighbourhood bar with a standout food offering. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with the addition of seven hotel rooms. Our team is at the heart of how we will hope to deliver our guests a great experience, should they come for a quick drink, breakfast, bar snack or a three-course meal. We have a regularly changing food menu and work with a range of excellent UK suppliers.
This is a great opportunity for a chef looking to take the next step in their career whilst having support from the experienced management team.
We Are Looking For Someone Who is:
- Experienced as a Chef De Partie or Commis at a restaurant or food-led pub.
- Able to work independently.
- Reliable, punctual and organised.
- Be able and willing to comply with in-house food safety and diligence.
