Keyresponsibilities
- -beresponsible for, under the direction of, and in consultation with, theExecutive Headteacher, the overall day to day operational management andleadership of the school.
- -providevision, leadership and direction which are focused on continuous schoolimprovement.
- -effectiveworking relationship with the Executive Headteacher, leadership team and allstaff.
- -seekstrategies through which to achieve the agreed and shared vision of the school,leading by example particularly in respect of all aspects of teaching andlearning and ensuring equality of opportunity for all.
Who we are looking forYou will be a credible, values-driven leader with a successful trackrecord at senior level within the education sector. You will bring strongexperience of leading teams and supporting children and young people with awide variety of additional needs.You will also offer:
- -Strongunderstanding of SEND, safeguarding and relevant legislation
- -Provenability to lead teams through change and improvement
- -Excellentcommunication, relationship-building and influencing skills
- -Resilience,professionalism and a genuine commitment to inclusive education
- -Experienceof leading different teams is desirable but not essential.
