Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen management
- Lead service in the Head Chef's absence
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Support training and development of junior kitchen staff
- Help with menu development and seasonal updates
- Manage stock, ordering, and minimise waste
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
