About the Role
You will be working in a modern busy Shopping Centre, where you will be expected to have expert knowledge on deescalating conflict issues and dealing with security related incidents. Your key role is to maintain security, health and safety and stakeholder relationships. You will be expected to have a friendly disposition and be outgoing enough to get to know the Centre retailers and maintain good relations with them and your team.
You should perform your role with diligence and instil confidence in others that you will resolve their concerns quickly. Your attitude should always focus on how can I help in all situations. You will be flexible and willing to help and act as a key part of the team. During your working day you will focus on developing and coaching staff to deliver service excellence. You will receive full training and we are looking for motivated individuals who will make a measurable contribution to the continued success of GUK.
