Temporary Maternity Cover

As the Retail Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with the Retail Operations Manager to act as a key guardian of retail workload, communication and task management, ensuring our Showrooms and Boutiques operate efficiently and effectively. You will enable retail teams to deliver a world‑class client experience and support the business in maximising profitable sales within a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving retail landscape. With a strong desire to inform and empower colleagues, you will collate, interpret and present information aligned with company objectives, while supporting the successful rollout of upcoming projects and initiatives. Your passion for clear, supportive communication will make you a trusted partner to our retail teams and an essential contributor to operational excellence.
