As the Brand Partnership Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of a strategic brand partnership programme across our Group and partner brands, identifying opportunities to drive commercial growth, support partner objectives, enhance marketing effectiveness and create mutual value.
You will build and manage strong relationships with partner brands and internal stakeholders, taking ownership of partnerships from opportunity identification through to activation, optimisation and performance reporting. Working collaboratively with Marketing, eCommerce, Buying and Retail teams, you will ensure all partnership activity is delivered effectively, reflects our brand values and achieves measurable results, including income generation and customer acquisition.
Managing multiple partner plans simultaneously, you will apply strong commercial acumen, account management expertise and project management skills to influence stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
About You
- Proven experience in Marketing and partnerships, ideally within a luxury, premium retail or agency environment – minimum 5 years
- A strong understanding of integrated 360 marketing campaigns across channels such as digital, CRM, social, VM and events
- Ability to work cross-collaboratively externally while internally networking, liaising with wider business stakeholders
- Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- A natural relationship builder, able to create trust and credibility with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to balance brand and business outcomes
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities with pace and attention to detail
- Confident communicator, with the ability to influence and present at all levels
