We are looking for an IT Service Desk Specialist to join our IT team here in Leicester supporting all areas of the business. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day enquiries from retail and support colleagues, as a first point of contact. You will be expected to advise on the resolution of issues that fall within your remit, and to escalate other issues within the wider IT team or external support providers.
Requirements
- Experience of providing IT support using remote desktop tools.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office 365.
- Able to problem solve and think on your feet.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About you
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of MS Office 365 including Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and other related SAP production systems and user maintenance.
- Printers and printing troubleshooting experience.
- Windows 10/11 application support.
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of providing IT support using remote desktop.
- Ability to work independently in a rotational shift pattern.
- Incident management and administration using ITSM suites such as ManageEngine Service Desk Plus, ServiceNow, Zoho Desk, FreshService, Zendesk etc.
