The Watches of Switzerland Group seeks a Pre Owned Buyer Client Specialist to join our Virtual Boutique in London.
You will assess watches submitted through Sell Your Watch, create initial offers and deliver a seamless end-to-end client experience.
You will lead client consultations, convert offers to intake, and promote part-exchange where appropriate.
You will also support colleagues by providing offers and managing the online self-service form and product consultations as demand requires.
