Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Buyer to join our Jewellery Buying Team.
You will support the Buyer to drive commercial performance, shape compelling product ranges and bring exciting newness to the department.
This is a great opportunity to build a buying career in a fast-paced luxury retail environment, developing your skills in trade analysis, negotiation, range planning, product development and cross-functional collaboration.
About You
- Proven success at Buyers Admin or Assistant Buyer level, with the ambition to take the next step in your career. A strong eye for product, trend, and innovation.
- Confidence managing multiple priorities while staying organised and solutions-focused.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to work within budgets while spotting opportunities for profitable growth.
- The ability to coach, motivate, and contribute to a high-performing team culture.
- Experience helping to shape and plan retail ranges.
- Confidence preparing and presenting range and product proposals.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
