WatchHouse is seeking a Head Barista to lead the bar team in delivering exceptional coffee and guest experiences across our houses in London. You will coach, mentor and empower your team, uphold WatchHouse's Modern Coffee standards, and actively drive improvements with the Senior Coffee Team.
You will report to the House Manager and play a key role in training, tastings, stock control, and maintaining high standards of service and presentation in a fast-paced environment.
