Front of House Supervisors are natural leaders with a passion for delivering best-in-class experiences to every guest who walks through our doors. This role is vital to the smooth and efficient running of our Houses. You will oversee floor and counter service in bustling locations, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll embody the WatchHouse Hospitality first ethos - welcoming, knowledgeable, and detail-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the floor and counter service, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences during your shift.
- Provide unparalleled hospitality, being the first point of contact for customers and creating a welcoming and engaging environment.
- Work alongside the management team in your House to mentor and support your team, providing guidance, training, and encouragement to deliver WatchHouse standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail across the House.
- Be a fountain of knowledge for the team when it comes to WatchHouse products and standards.
