As a Night Shift Delivery Driver (10pm‑6am), you’ll be responsible for keeping WatchHouse running overnight by delivering coffee, food, packaging and other essentials from the CPU and Roastery to our Houses across London. You’ll follow planned routes, drive safely and efficiently, and make sure every delivery is accurate and on time. You’ll also be a key point of contact for our teams in the Houses, communicating proactively if anything changes, and representing the WatchHouse logistics team with professionalism and a positive, can‑do attitude.
Key Aspects of the Role
- Deliver food, coffee and other required goods to our locations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist with the delivery of packaging and other non‑consumables to our Houses.
- Follow planned routes and use navigational tools to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
- Operate in a safe manner, in line with all relevant laws, regulations and industry best practices.
- Proactively communicate to line managers and Houses in the event of delays, issues or route changes.
- Act as the face of the WatchHouse logistics team – acting professionally and building positive relationships with other teams and managers in our Houses.
- Work as part of the team at the CPU and the Roastery, supporting WatchHouse as a whole.
Key Requirements
- Must have a full, clean UK/EU driving licence.
- Must be able to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- At least one year of experience as a delivery driver, ideally within London.
- Candidates must be able to work any 5 in 7 on a rotating shift pattern; shift times are 10pm‑6am.
- Have a can‑do attitude, willing to support others and the wider team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow delivery instructions accurately and work independently.
- High attention to detail and diligence.
- Experience within hospitality or food and drink sector.
- Awareness of food safety and hygiene.
- Experience working as part of a team.
- Ability to be self‑starting and solve problems at short notice.

Immediate start.
Licence Requirements
Must have a full UK/EU licence. Licence must be clean (no penalty points). We reserve the right to conduct licence checks at regular intervals.
Wage
£15.90p/hour + share of tronc (up to £2 extra per hour).
