As our Creative Designer, you’ll be the driving force behind bringing the WatchHouse brand to life across every touchpoint. From campaigns to packaging, you’ll bring creative thinking to the table, deliver design excellence, and act as a guardian of the brand. Alongside our creative and marketing teams - and in partnership with agencies - you’ll take campaigns and activations from concept to execution, making sure every piece of design elevates our brand identity and supports our long-term vision. This role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave, commencing as soon as possible (subject to notice period).
Key Responsibilities
- Cultural relevance & innovation: bring fresh, culturally relevant thinking into the creative process to strengthen brand positioning and deepen guest connection.
- Campaign concepting: lead creative strategy for campaigns, defining the overarching idea, narrative, and design direction across brand channels and touchpoints.
- Campaign development: own the development of assets for seasonal and campaign moments, including POS, packaging, House vinyls, and supporting collateral.
- Brand asset design: act as a guardian across the brand’s visual system across always-on touchpoints including product packaging, menus, POS, and app comms.
- Social direction: set the art direction and creative vision for social, developing concepts and assets that bring campaigns and always-on content to life.
- Digital design (CRM): develop and evolve our creative approach for email and app communications.
- Art direction: set the visual direction for photography / videography, managing shoot production from concept through to execution.
- In-House experience: lead creative development for fascia and wayfinding signage for new House openings and oversee visual merchandising.
- Creative collaboration: partner with designers, brand and creative agencies, and external partners to deliver work to the highest standard.
- Brand guardian: maintain the WatchHouse brand identity, ensuring consistency, quality, and clarity across touchpoints.
Key to this role
- 5+ years in a creative role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating work for a luxury hospitality or luxury brand.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Figma preferred.
- Creative flair and passion for lifestyle, design, and creating content that builds cultural relevance.
- Bring trend awareness and cultural insight into the creative process.
- Deliver projects at pace, on time and under pressure.
- Strong communication, planning and organisational skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to interpret feedback constructively.
