The Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bakery Supervisor to join our Borough Market team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily running of the site, lead your team to deliver outstanding service, and ensure Oree’s high standards are maintained at all times. You’ll be hands‑on, balancing operational duties with team leadership to create a thriving, welcoming bakery environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage and coordinate staff shifts, ensuring the right cover and workload balance.
- Lead by example, delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
- Prepare and serve coffees, teas, juices, and smoothies when required.
