Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join our team at our Wolverhampton site. This is a full‑time, on‑site role supporting sales, production, logistics, and customer service functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office and supporting the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with subcontractors and organising daily and weekly driving schedules
- Dispatching customer orders and notifying customers when orders are ready
- Working closely with the production team to assist with planning and job progression
- Speaking directly with customers to take orders and handle enquiries
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- General office administration, including filing, paperwork, and record keeping
- Supporting the existing team to ensure efficient office and sales operations
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to deal professionally with customers and suppliers
- Experience in sales administration, order processing, or a similar administrative role
- Well‑organised with good time management and attention to detail
- Confident working alongside production and logistics teams
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced, small‑team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar office software (advantageous)
