The Role
Our Club is seeking a responsible and attentive Lifeguard to supervise customers in and around our swimming pool. You will ensure the safety of all pool users by enforcing policies, guidelines, and safety procedures while providing a secure and enjoyable environment. In this role, you will monitor pool activities at all times, promptly addressing any concerns, and ensuring swimmers are safe and following pool regulations. You will administer first aid when necessary, rescue swimmers in distress, and provide CPR or artificial respiration if required. You will also oversee pool usage to ensure it stays within safe limits and report any health and safety concerns to the Fitness & Wellbeing Manager. Additionally, you will assist with maintaining a clean pool area, including the cleaning of related facilities, and ensure safety equipment is used properly. You will ensure changing rooms, bathrooms, and showers are kept tidy and all personal belongings are safely stored at the end of each day. Experience & Skills Required
- Lifeguard experience desirable.
- CPR, First Aid, or AED certified.

Schedule
We operate a 7-days a week business, between 0600 to 2300. Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours - weekends and bank holidays.
