The Role
Maintenance Manager – responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of club property, equipment, furniture and building structures, supervising a team of Maintenance Assistants and coordinating site repairs and general maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee servicing and repair of lighting, heating, plumbing, electrical systems.
- Identify, schedule and complete maintenance tasks timely.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and handle emergency repairs.
- Lead Duty Manager shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Manage health and safety standards and contractor engagement.
- Maintain a clean, safe working environment for team.
Qualifications
- Post‑secondary vocational training in electrical engineering, plumbing, HVAC or refrigeration.
- One year of maintenance experience in an institutional or business setting.
