The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms are cleaned to the highest standards, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. You will thoroughly clean all areas of guest rooms, including vacuuming floors and dusting furniture, sanitising bathrooms (toilets, tiles, showers and sinks), stripping and remaking beds with fresh linens, and ensuring mattresses and blankets are in top condition. You will prepare rooms and bathrooms to meet our high standards and report to the Head Housekeeper when rooms are ready for sale. Additionally, you’ll notify the maintenance team of any necessary repairs, assist with vacuuming hallways, and manage laundry for collection. You’ll attend regular training sessions and team meetings to help you grow in your role and maintain excellence.
Experience & Skills Required
Experience of comparable work preferred.
Schedule
We operate a 7-days a week business, between 0600 to 2300. Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours – weekends and bank holidays.
