The Role: We are seeking a proactive and reliable Duty Manager to join our team and support the Deputy General Manager/Head of Club Experience in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Club. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Club during your shift, ensuring a safe working environment, and addressing any member enquiries or complaints promptly. In this role, you will carry out routine inspections, manage staff, and ensure that all operational policies and procedures are adhered to. You will also supervise the team, oversee maintenance work, and ensure the overall safety and cleanliness of the Club. During busy times, you will assist and cover any department when needed, providing flexibility and support to ensure smooth operations.

Experience & Skills Required:
- Diploma in hospitality or business desirable.
- Ability to exemplify exceptional service standards and exceed guest expectations.

Schedule: We operate a 7-days a week business, between 0600 to 2300. Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours - weekends and holidays.
