Hours: Full-time, 48 hours per week (rotational, including weekends and evenings)

What You’ll Do

  • Provide a Welcoming Presence: Greet owners and visitors, verify passes, and offer clear guidance on park facilities and policies.
  • Protect and Reassure: Perform regular patrols, closely monitor the park and outer areas, and respond swiftly to any incidents or issues.
  • Handle Basic Maintenance: Deliver and fit gas bottles, reset electrical trip switches, and report bigger maintenance concerns to the relevant departments.
  • Oversee Clubhouse Entry & Systems: Manage CCTV, ANPR, and guest access, ensuring park procedures are upheld while maintaining a friendly atmosphere.
  • Respond to After-Hours Calls: Address late-night gas orders or urgent matters, offering 24/7 peace of mind for our guests.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Security: Share updates, communicate clearly across teams, and ensure seamless coordination between security and customer support operations.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking approachable, proactive individuals who love taking initiative and going above and beyond for guests. You’ll have:

  • A valid SIA License (Security Industry Authority)
  • A full UK Driving License (preferably held for 3+ years)
  • Strong IT Skills for operating CCTV, ANPR, and digital tools
  • Previous Security Experience, preferably in a customer-facing environment (e.g., hospitality, hotels, or holiday parks)
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities—comfortable engaging with guests as well as handling protocols
  • A flexible, team-oriented mindset, capable of adapting to changing situations

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations
  • Basic understanding of IT/Data Security best practices
  • First-Aid qualification or interest in further safety training
