At Haulfryn, we’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join our established Food & Beverage team, supporting and leading in the kitchen to deliver premium service. What You’ll Do

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard within your specialty
  • Support menu development, contributing fresh and innovative dish ideas
  • Oversee and train Commis Chefs, helping them develop their skills
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times
  • Manage stock and deliveries, ensuring efficiency and minimal waste
  • Monitor kitchen compliance, ensuring food safety diaries are up to date

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a passionate and driven chef with excellent kitchen experience. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a fresh food, fast-paced kitchen
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene Certification
  • Allergen awareness training
  • Ability to lead and train junior chefs, maintaining high culinary standards
  • A strong team-player mentality, with a focus on efficiency and excellence
