What You’ll Do
- Lifeguard our indoor and/or outdoor swimming pool/flume (depending on qualifications)
- Lead & Monitor Activities, ensuring guests have a fantastic experience
- Facilitate a Variety of Leisure Activities, including sports, arts & crafts, outdoor adventure games, dance & fitness classes, and climbing wall sessions (depending on experience/qualifications)
- Provide Excellent Guest Service, assisting owners and visitors with any leisure-related needs
- Ensure a Safe & Clean Environment, following all Health & Safety guidelines
- Assist with Opening & Closing of Leisure Facilities, maintaining a well-organised space
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, team-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fun, active environment. Ideally, you’ll have:
- A valid NPLQ certificate (preferred but not essential)
- A friendly and proactive approach to guest engagement
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for sports, fitness, or leisure activities
- The ability to work well with others and independently follow safety protocols
- An NPLQ, Plantroom experience, and First Aid at Work qualifications would be of benefit
