As a Community Care Worker, you will:
- Support service users with personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure nutritional needs are met
- Carry out domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping
- Provide medication support (oral and topical, as per care plan and training)
- Offer emotional and social support, promoting wellbeing and independence
- Monitor and report changes in health or behaviour
- Work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and professional care records in line with company and CQC standards
Essential:
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to own vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable:
- Previous experience in care
- Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care
