At Haulfryn, we’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join our established Food & Beverage team, supporting and leading in the kitchen to deliver premium service. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your culinary talent in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen, while developing new dishes and mentoring junior chefs.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard within your specialty
- Support menu development, contributing fresh and innovative dish ideas
- Oversee and train Commis Chefs, helping them develop their skills
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times
- Manage stock and deliveries, ensuring efficiency and minimal waste
- Monitor kitchen compliance, ensuring food safety diaries are up to date
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a passionate and driven chef with excellent kitchen experience. Ideally, you’ll have:
- 2-3 years of experience in a fresh food, fast-paced kitchen
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certification
- Allergen awareness training
- Ability to lead and train junior chefs, maintaining high culinary standards
- A strong team-player mentality, with a focus on efficiency and excellence
