Warren School are seeking to appoint an experienced, dedicated and professional Administration Assistant who can work effectively as part of the wider school team to deliver high-quality administration provision. Experience of working within school administration or an equivalent role is important.
We are looking for an experienced, friendly Administration Assistant who has:
- GCSE grades C/4 or above in Numeracy and Literacy (or equivalent)
- Strong IT skills with knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft 365
- A good knowledge of general office procedures
- The ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- The ability to prioritise workload
- The ability to be adaptable, discreet, and can maintain confidentiality
- The ability to remain calm and cheerful under pressure in a busy environment
- The willingness to be first point of call for visitors and telephone enquiries
Desirable but not essential:
- Knowledge of school-based software
- Experience of working in a school/nursery environment
