Responsibilities

  • Coordinate procurement, inventory, and administrative tracking of office supplies, furniture, office equipment, and electrical appliances.
  • Monitor and maintain the organization’s administrative compliance with Hong Kong statutory regulations regarding fire, health, and safety standards (e.g., coordinating annual fire drills or safety inspections).
  • Manage administrative processes related to licenses, insurance policies, and government submissions or renewals.
  • Support daily operations, including handling public enquiries and managing the reception area.
  • Provide dedicated administrative and logistics support to the Programme and Communications teams during the peak season.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager.

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in office administration, property administration, or operations management.
  • Experience working in NGOs, heritage sites or campsites is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and good command of Chinese and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑minded, independent, high sense of urgency and able to work under pressure.

5‑day work week (Mon to Fri, 9:30–18:00). Working location at Aberdeen. Required to conduct the Sexual Conviction Record Check due to work nature.
