They stay famous and beloved because they're always working to deliver relevant and exciting customer experiences to Kiwis, including a growing number of public good and sustainability initiatives.
Te kaupapa o te tūranga - The purpose of the role.
There are three open positions for this role and the hours of work are:
- Position 1:
- Position 2: Friday - Saturday - 10:00am - 4:00pm
- Position 3: Friday - 5:00pm - 9:00pm
As a critical member of our Gardening team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and assisting customers with all their gardening needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Role requires an element of heavy lifting and moving plants to shelf from delivery at pace. Retail experience is preferred but optional - what we're looking for is someone with a genuine love for plants and gardening and a dedication to delivering outstanding service - take advantage of this opportunity to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our customers!
Qualifications: Having experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality, would be beneficial, but it's not essential. Good communication skills are essential, and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn is a must. Additionally, you should be comfortable standing for long periods.
