The Talent Connection Sourcer supports the delivery of recruitment activity across EMEA by providing hands-on sourcing, candidate management and administrative support to multiple Recruiters. This role is designed for someone at an early stage in their talent acquisition career who is developing their technical knowledge, organisational capability and stakeholder confidence within a structured and supportive team environment. Working under guidance and with clearly defined processes, the role contributes directly to the efficiency, quality and consistency of recruitment delivery.

The Talent Connection Sourcer plays an important part in ensuring candidates receive timely communication and a positive experience, while helping Recruiters maintain strong talent pipelines across a high volume of requisitions. This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home. Responsibilities:

  • The Talent Connection Sourcer is responsible for carrying out defined recruitment support activities, working closely with Recruiters and more senior team members.
  • Supporting several Talent Connection Recruiters simultaneously, managing candidate activity across a high volume of requisitions and multiple business areas and/or EMEA markets.
  • Conducting proactive sourcing activity using agreed tools and methods, including online research, direct sourcing, networking and AI enabled sourcing tools.
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs, with a focus on diverse candidate representation.
  • Reviewing CVs against role requirements, scheduling interviews and conducting initial candidate screening calls in line with agreed guidelines.
  • Managing candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and accurate tracking of activity within the Applicant Tracking System. Responsible for compliance with GDPR and Legal guidelines.
  • Providing administrative and coordination support to enable Recruiters to strategically partner with Hiring Leaders.
  • Contributing market and candidate insights to the wider team, based on research, candidate insights and Talent Connection tools.
  • Building effective working relationships within the Talent Connection team and the wider People & Culture organisation.

Experience:

  • Experience supporting recruitment activity within an in-house Talent Acquisition or recruitment agency environment.
  • Exposure to high volume recruitment or providing coordinated support to multiple Recruiters.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging candidates and colleagues across international markets.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Awareness of talent markets within sectors media, entertainment, travel, technology or FMCG sectors.
  • Experience working within a large or multinational organisation with established processes and governance.
  • Strong MS Office Skills including Copilot. Comfortable with working with data on Excel, Airtable.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System or People & Culture platform such as SAP, Workday, Phenom or similar.
