The EMEA DCP marketing team collaborates with the brand commercialization (BC) team and category teams to deliver campaigns aligned with brand strategy and category needs, consistent with global DCP marketing strategy.

This role involves planning and executing marketing strategies for priority evergreen brands and major properties, working with PR, BC, category teams, and brand franchise management (BFM) to leverage brand assets and cross-company activations to support business objectives.

The candidate will take marketing leadership to drive the success of brand campaigns from B2B pitches to consumer engagement, ensuring campaigns support commercial goals and deliver a strong ROI. The role requires strategic insight, business acumen, and an innovative approach, keeping abreast of industry, consumer, and media trends to ensure campaigns are relevant, impactful, and localizable.
