Join the Disney team as a Product & Database Assistant and help support our continued growth by managing product data, assisting with the United Kingdom reservations system, and providing essential product support for Walt Disney World, Disneyland Paris, and Disney Cruise Line. In this important role, you will ensure that products are loaded accurately, inventories are maintained effectively, and you will help colleagues deliver key business projects. Location & Work Arrangement: Based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with digital and operational teams to organize and maintain accurate product information.
  • Assist in rolling out product updates, promotions, and innovative cross-brand projects to strengthen the overall product portfolio.
  • Help develop and update key documentation, including project plans, functional specifications, and process flow charts.
  • Provide essential operational and administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day business functions.
  • Manage and maintain the external reservations system (JFA) including pricing, inventory, offers, and voucher setup.
  • Assist with inventory control, including managing room allocations and releases.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong ability to collaborate with digital and operational teams to ensure product information is accurately organized, maintained, and updated in databases.
  • Experience supporting the rollout of product updates, promotions, and innovative cross-brand initiatives to enhance product portfolios.
  • Proficiency in developing, updating, and maintaining essential documentation, including project plans, functional specifications, and process flow charts.
  • Demonstrated organizational and administrative skills to provide effective day-to-day operational support and ensure seamless business functions.
