About the Role & Team
The Disney Studios Digital Marketing team is looking for a Supervisor, Digital Marketing, Measurement & Analytics to support the coordination of platform partnerships, campaign performance reporting and digital measurement across the UK and EMEA. In this role, you will work closely with Studios, Enterprise Marketing, cross-company social and influencer teams, helping to bring together partner requirements, campaign data and market insights into clear, actionable recommendations. You will play an important role in improving consistency across digital marketing activity, supporting effective governance, and helping demonstrate the value and ROI of platform, exhibitor, influencer, creator and media partner activity for senior stakeholders.
If selected for this role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, Platform Partnerships & Measurements. This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do
- Support the day-to-day coordination of regional platform partnerships, including Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, X and other priority partners.
- Coordinate partner deal terms, commitments, deliverables and timelines across Studios, Enterprise Marketing and UK/EMEA markets.
- Act as a central point of coordination for gathering market feedback, requirements and learnings to share with platform, exhibitor and media partners.
- Track partner commitments, outputs and updates, ensuring information is clearly documented and communicated with relevant teams.
- Prepare materials for partner meetings, workshops, joint business planning sessions and internal readouts.
- Analyse the performance of social, platform and influencer/creator-led activity using agreed metrics and measurement frameworks.
- Support the development of consistent measurement approaches, benchmarks and KPIs for influencer and creator activity across EMEA.
- Maintain dashboards, reporting templates and tools used to measure platform, partner, influencer and exhibitor activity.
- Produce clear reporting and post-campaign analysis that monitors channel health, identifies learnings and supports future planning.
- Consolidate campaign performance data from platform reporting, partner data and agency inputs into structured, easy-to-understand outputs.
- Translate data into concise insights and recommendations for the Senior Manager, VP and senior stakeholders.
- Support UK and EMEA Brand Marketing teams with digital performance reporting for release-focused campaigns.
- Share platform updates, product launches, policy changes and regulatory considerations with relevant teams.
- Help maintain clear documentation of partnership structures, measurement methodologies and reporting standards.
- Support governance processes across platforms, agencies and internal teams to help ensure alignment with legal, data and brand requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, clarity and consistency in reporting, data usage and partner engagement.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong analytical capability, with confidence interpreting data and turning findings into clear recommendations.
- Solid understanding of digital media, social platforms, performance measurement and campaign reporting.
- Experience supporting paid and organic social media campaigns.
- Experience working with content management systems and social media tools, including native and third-party platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A data- and process-led mindset, with a focus on consistency, accuracy and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams, markets and external partners.
- A proactive, flexible approach, with confidence working in a fast-paced and evolving digital environment.
- Results-oriented, with the ability to identify practical and implementable solutions.
- Comfortable consolidating information from multiple sources and presenting it in a clear, structured way for different audiences.
